switch with a time and date stamp

i have cabinet door i want to put switch on and when someone opens the door i want to the time and date and maybe how long the door was open and if not to much trouble to have a pizo alarm i can set thru computer or turn off
useing a password and beable to give pass words to the people i want to have acess to to the cabinet.

I can make this with no problem! 8)

The parallel port is the solution ! Nothing digital!
The parallel port has 11 outputs and 5 inputs!

As for the computer program i can write windows programs with Visual Basic

And there is no circuit neded

1 input to indicate is the dor is open
4 inputs and 3 outputs for the key pad
1 output for the alarm
If you want:
1 output to indicate if the alarm is of (to a Red and Green LED)

If your interested in such ting i can post the shematics
And you will probobly want the program too!

PS:
Realy on the pins of the outputs are just swiches and LEDs
Well you just need a reay diode and a transistor for the alarm!
