can someoe please advise me ok how to fix my breadboard model. I'll give you a link to the website **broken link removed**

if theres nothing wrong with my breadboard model then there's something wrong with my prog (Turing 4.04) [the program is attached and will only work if you have Turing 4.04.

what chip is that 7424?

Seems strange to me that pins 15-18 on the left chip are used to turn on the leds.
but, on the right chip, pins 15-18 are input triggers.

your breadboard is connected differently to the drawing.



I have no idea on the language you are using.
