RGB Cathode to Anode converter

The transistors can be 2N2907, 2N3906, 2N4403, or any other small signal PNP transistor.

T1, T2, and T3 are the transistors. I don't understand your question.

One comment that was hard was "I used BEC" transistors. That means the footprint goes base emitter collector.
Not all transistors have the same footprint.

Later someone re-engineered the system to use FETs.

The Zip file contains Eagle files.
 
Sorry I do not know too much about electronics that is why I was looking for help here. So based off of what everyone had said and the following diagram, I would need to get a circuit board, (3) 1k resistors, and (3) 2N2907, 2N3906, 2N4403, or any other small signal PNP transistor, and (3) 1N4004 diodes....correct? I appreciate all your replies, and help with this.
