Anyone got a schematic for a pepetools rectifier model # 270.10 or a equivalent one the transformer is burning up and i cannot count the turn any suggestions would help
If you cant find a schematic and if there are no shorts in the transformer
you could make a DC measurement of primary and secondary resistance,
and knowing the wire size compute the length of the winding.
Look online for tables wire size versus gauge, there will be tables for solid
wire versus multicore.
This guide provides an introduction to transformer winding resistance test methods and procedures. Photo: TestGuy Winding resistance measurements are crucial diagnostic tools for assessing potential damage to transformers caused by factors such as poor design, assembly, handling, unfavorable...

Sounds like your bulk capacitors may have shorted ? Or diodes failed.....
If you have to abandon your rectifier easy to use a Microwave Oven Transformer, rewind that,
