Question regarding voltage switch

First off, let me say I feel real dumb even asking this question but it's one of those things where I'd rather ask and look stupid than do it wrong and remove all doubt. I fully accept and embrace the ridicule that is likely to come my way over this dumb issue.

I've got a voltage switch on a power supply here and I know I'm supposed to set it to 115...but my problem is I don't really know how to tell if it's actually set right. Should the voltage number be visible or should it be covered up?

So, to make it simple as possible I've included 2 photos...basically I just need to know which one is the right setting.

When you can read the voltage you want, that should be the right position.
