pulsed magnetic field

hi,guys:
i want to use the micro controller to control a pulsed magnetic field.here is my questions:
1. i should used a wave generator and coils to get the magnetic field.can somebody help me to build the circuit?
2 i want use the controller to control each coil so that the frequency and field strength can change independently. how exactly should i do?

How big of a pulse are you after? What's its purpose?

we want to find out the performance of cell transfection in pulsed magnet field. the magnet field pulse is 0.33-0.66T or bigger.the pulslength is 3ms.
