The Digikey one looks solid, it's a switch mode supply so it's regulated, and inexpensive
The Mouser one looks like a common wallwart, unregulated, and expensive
The Amazon one actually looks incredible if it's accurate, at 18V 70watts is 3.8+ amps, and it's variable as well. Cheap too.
