PIC16F690 Sine Wave

How do you go about coding in assembly to code a sine wave? I was thinking of using a lookup table but not sure what I should do

Here is DDS-generator for PIC16F628. http://www.g4jnt.com/PIC_DDS.pdf
It is more complicated than the AVR example, running the frequency generating loop in an interrupt.
There is a zip-file containing all documentation.

PortC can be used I was thinking It was just 7 bit wide but its 8

I simply outputted a square wave to a resistor/capacitor network and it was recognised by the telephone DTMF so it was quite accurate.
