PIC12F683 nokia 3310 thermometer

I made this circuit from page:
Termometar Nokia 3310 Lcd

but I dont have PIC12F675, can I use PIC12F683, I read that it's the same as pic12f675 but only more ram...

I try from author site, hex for pic12f675 write on PIC12F683 but when i try, nothin on screen???

Can anyone help me..?
