Need Help with Outlet Project!

Not sure if this is the right place but I need help with a project Im working on.

Take one to pieces, it should be obvious how to do what you want, but everyone is likely to be different.

Mostly they don't use wires, they use metal strips so you might have to cut a piece out of the metal strips - a Dremel cutting disc would be easy to use, or even a hacksaw.
