Mobile Phone Programmer

Hi guys. I'm interested in mobile phones reprogramming (to make them look cool or simply to repair it, and I found some schematics for the new DCT4 Nokia phones.....but it doesn't work well, so I want to reverse the scheme I've got and do a brand new --WORKING-- equipment that can also READ the new mobiles, not only write.
