Hi guys,

I am new to renewable energy technology, so was wondering for some advice from more experienced ppl...

I have a PV panel and am going to use a variable resistor to plot an I/V curve, i also want to plot a power/V curve...

I have been reading around the subject and trawling my way through all the different light terms, but to my understanding irradiance is a measurement of watts per m^2? is there measuement equipment available that will record irradiance? what are they called? i know there are measurement equipment that measure Lux....

From peoples experiences, what is the best way to control the temp of the panel, will a simple thermistor circuit suffice?

Some help on this would be great...
