Wonder if anyone knows of an ultra low power adsl modem, preferably
with wifi. My linksys uses about 7watts or so, bit much really.
I read in another thread about the NSLU2 slugs, which would make a great web server NAS box at around 2.5watts. You can use external 32gb usb flash drives rather than waste power on real hdd.

but you still need an adsl modem and maybe wifi which would bring total consumption to about 10 watts. A single combined box is what Im looking for to run off a small solar system.
