Hi,

Please advise if this 2 items are programmed? If they aren't, what interface i need in order to programmed them?
 
Why don't you try reading the datasheets and checking the company before asking that question?

It's probably not programming like a PIC, but more like sending serial commands to it during operation to set values and other things like that.
