LED brake light

I'm trying to do the schematic in Eagle however I'm going to try my hand at the toner transfer method this time however I'm using SMD part and for some reason Eagle wont let me drag the 1206 SMD resistor to the schematic? But the 4004 diodes I could? Did I miss some setting?

Confused. You should post the the forum having to do with PCB construction.

As for LED brake light. Just buy a replacement in LED form.
