KM4164 datasheet

i got some new ICs :
KM4164(i think samsung-16pins); KM41256(same); KM41C256(same);
MN4164(dont know-18 pins)
i could use some info on these ics, i think they are memories, I2C maybe.
i searched the net, but couldn't find much, nu datasheet
s :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: so, i could use some info, because i have about 15 of them(4164's) and who knows, i might have use for them.....

Hi,

I'm also interested in this datasheet and in some other in the same kind of chips. If you have any informations ... Thanx :

* HM4864-3 1G1T Japan 64k*1 DRAM (I have 7 of them)
* MN4164P-15A 54135 Japan 64k*1 DRAM (5 of them)
* M3764A-15 OKI Japan DRAM (19 of them ... so I'm interested in this one ...)
* M5M4256P Mitsubishi 17
* MB81256-15 Japan (9 of them)
* TMS4164-20NL ZA1312 P8510 ? (5 of them)

All of these are 16 pin chips I think.

64Kx1 DRAM

Send me a PM with your e-mail address, and I'll pass it along. I was able to find datasheets for just about every other DRAM chip on the web, including 4Kx1, 16Kx1, and 256Kx1, etc., but nothing for the 4164 until I came across this website. I wanted to know what the page length was, and whether hidden refresh was supported.

64K x 1 DRAM

You may have difficulty finding the data sheet for the TI part. The Samsung version should be close enough to give you the relevant specs. These were commodity parts, and didn't differ significantly in their specs. Send me a PM with your email address, and I'll forward the datasheet.
