make sure you know basics of electronics before attempting it. It involves high electric current. high enough to kill some one!

The has a simple square-wave output. Many electronic products do not work from a square-wave.
Its voltage is not regulated and will be too high when the battery is charged and when the load current is low. Its output voltage will be too low when the battery voltage drops as it is used.

It also just parallels the output transistors, without current balancing resistors, so it will almost certainly destroy itself in a short time.

There are no snubber circuits, no turn off resistors on the output transistors. Circuit will not work for long.
