Hello,

I need some help in finding a circuit for an inverse / reverse switch.
i.e.
there is a circuit with two wires and a bulb. when the wires are joint the ciruit is broken and the bulb stops glowing, instead of the vise-versa.

Thank you!
I'm not an electronic expert. I just like thinking, and making my own projects.

You need either a transistor or a TRIAC depending upon whether the voltage is DC or AC. But both of those require a third wire.

Sounds like a battery, resistor, and bulb in series. Two more wires coming from the bulb terminals. Touch these wires together, it shorts out the bulb, and the bulb goes out.

Is this supposed to be a black-box illusion?
