E ElectroChas New Member Feb 6, 2009 #1 Is there an inexpensive way to get -5v and/or -12v DC from a +12v DC? I need to be able to handle about an amp? ( for quite a few dual supply op-amps ) I've seen a couple solutions such as this but the amp rating runs a bit shy. Thanks in advance for comments and suggestions. Chas
