Implementatin of harr tranform using fpga kit and vhdl code

Iam studying final year Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication principle.

We are doing one project as stated in Title code. We need VHDL codes for the attached MATLAB code.

Pls help in this regard as the matter is very urgent.
