I was wondering what kind of a power supply you need to use an image intensifier,
like the kind they use for Nightvision 2nd Gen, and how I would hook
it up to the intensifier. Also where does it project the image?

Search the web. I remember reading through a DIY nightvision project a few years ago. Would also suggest looking for a datasheet for the tube. Believe its high voltage, couple of kVs. I've got a small monocular, ran on a 3 volt camera battery (CR123), but it stopped working. Couldn't figure out how to take it apart without getting destructive.
