i don't recall whether they were ST-Micro N-Semi or other as it was back in 1980 ... 1990 CE (i doubt they were Ti marked) - as it was then CCCP it might have been some rejected patch - so there's no difference
the point is that the same iC from different factories may or may not withstand your application setup - and you should somehow test it out - before you set it work autonomously without supervision - or start a mass production
