16F877A and connect it to a 7 segment display to show output, but it
fails.its like sometimes it show and sometime it dont, its like unstable.i
do not know where is it wrong.And i also want to know whether is MCLR*

the RESET button for PIC16F877A and how could i enable it.So anyone
