HELP needed with TL783 Regulator Circuit

The switched load has no inductance at all. Infact all it is switching is another electronic circuit. Presently I have it controlled by an ACS200-CD-F which is a current controled switch. The new circuit is an addition and would go inline with the existing current controlled switch.
