Having 19 volt - needed 15 volt

I have a PS with an output at 19 volt 8 amp. For charging model fly I only need about 15 Volt 6.5 amp (19 volt are too much). I can not open the PS so I need some external circuit to change the voltage to 15 to 16 volt. The charging use up to 6.5 amp. Any hints?

You may can use voltage regulator IC and its circuit.

I have already looked for such a device but could not find any which can withstand 6.5 amp

Just note that any linear method of reducing 19V to 15V @ 6.5A will dissipate 26W of power and will require a very healthy size heat sink.

For lower power dissipation. at the expense of more complexity, you could use a switching regulator.
