GPRS with MC35

Hello,

i'm having some problems with the Siemens mc35 with gprs.

I'm using the follwoign commands;

AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","INTERNET"
atd*99***1#

then i get a connect response
then a load of rubbish
then a no carrier.

i only whish to send some data to an ip adress.
