Well you know how you buy your kids Christmas presents, and then they play with the boxes - I thought they would grow out of it eventually?.

Obviously I was wrong!.

Genuine picture - sent her a present via Amazon last week, got this picture back. Must admit, I didn't realise the box would be so big.

It was a Fire Pit Table, to use in their garden.
OK, that sounds as though the box was appropriate for its contents.

The dressing gown is for her pet rats to run up and down inside!.
Hmmm...
I am regretting mentioning the dressing gown,
the rat thing sounds a bit on the weird side.
(said the guy with the parrot* on his shoulder).

Their close relative, ("cotorra" down here - Myiopsitta monachus) original from my province, has spread to many countries. In spite of being a pet for many, it is considered a plague almost everywhere where they live.
