flash magic error

hi
when i am uploading hex file into lpc2148 flash magic is giving this error.
unable to connect at the specified baud rate.try reducing the baud rate.(failed to autobaud step 2).reset the hardware into ISP mode again.
i am using flash magic version 11.10
can anybody help me with this error.
please its really urgent.

We need more information. The programmer is basically saying that it's not seeing the MCU on the other end. It could be anything. It could be you wired up the MCU wrong. It could be you aren't providing power to your circuit. It could be your cables are too long and messy. it could be that you have a bad programmer. It could be anything without more information.
