field gate

I know there are field gates available to display measurements such as pressure, flow, level etc.. onto an internet server. I am looking for a much simpler device to output a discrete (Yes/No) output to an internet server.

The field gates i have looked at come from the company Endress + Houser

any input would be much appreciated.
