I have an old Eberspacher Hydronics 10W diesel heater I want to get going again, but the socket which connects to the wiring loom is missing.
It is identified as S1 in the trouble shooting and repair guide.
I’ve attached the circuit diagram, a photo of the socket and the manufactures plate on the Hydronics 10W.
As I understand it, the socket is either fitted to the module which contains the ECU or fitted to a cable which is moulded into the ECU box. When the ECU fails the whole unit must be replaced (very expensive!), but this mean that there must be a lot of S1 sockets in scrap boxes, because a new ECU comes with a new S1 socket.
Does anyone have an old S1 socket I could buy, or can anyone identify the socket so I can buy one?
