I have 11 LED's that I want to light in sequence, all turn off, & repeat for as long as the 12v. supply is on. Sort-of a "3d brake light" on a vehicle. These LED's will be encased into a fiberglas tire cover w/ a dragon on it. The "Dragon's fire" will be in casting resin (transparent f-glas). I need the control (clock). Am familiar w/ LED's somewhat used for interior lighting, etc. and the required resistors. Assistance needed/welcome. TKX bunches.:)

Hmmm, a 4017 chaser circuits would be the backbone, then flipflops controlling the leds to keep them on. Then the last activation of the 4017 would reset all the flipflops resulting in the "off".

Start by googling a chaser circuit :)
