I am trying to figure out how to make a DPDT switch using MOSFETs, transistors or whatever you think best.
I want to use a Hall effect switch to trigger the DPDT.
So if the first leg of the DPDT is X to A or B and the second leg is Y to C or D:
I want current to flow from A to X and Y to C. When the Hall switch is activated the current changes to B to X and D to Y. When the Hall switch turns off, it goes back to A to X and Y to C.
I would start with an H Bridge but since you don't mention the application nobody can really give good help. Th currents you show are low, a H bridge could be fabricated using transistors likely.
Yep. Look up "H-Bridge". Not enable and direction are the simple ones. Control of direction, brake and coast for others. Discrete and IC versioons are available.
