Digital Multimiter issue

Hi guys, I have a digital multimeter from TTI reference 1604, it was involved in a short circuit with no fuses installed, and now, it's not functioning as you can see in the picture,
When it'spluged to power, it makes a noise from its buzzer, and displays random things on its display.





Where do you guys think is the problem!
