Hi, Could someone tell me what are the best Digital Circuit design Software available for free? Xilinx is an option, but everyone says it's very complicated....
Th intention is to design combinatory circuits using Ti catalog.

It can be Linux or Windows Vista.

For beginners I recommend 'livewire'
I use it and it quite good 'for a novice like me anyway'

Does Cedar and Livewire has texas IC catalog to implement?
