Digital Car Voltmeter

I built this (board no sc04105931) and now have a fault which pulled the track off in part . I have not been able to work out where a variable cap needs to be re-connected

This came out in June 1993 and I need a copy of the board as it should be and if poss the article , SC dont have it. RCA has the board but wont give me a copy diagram of course.

So here a last try . Any help appreciated
