hi...Is there any comparator IC used to compare 2 digital frequency...

use a frequency to voltage converter, and then use a comparator to compare volotages.

You really need to give more details of what you are trying to do, one possibility is the CMOS 4046 PLL IC, this has two different phase detectors.

The application is pretty simple...I have 2 digital frequency source...400KHz each.so i waould like to have a comparator to monitor these 2 frequency source...

Do a Google search for "phase-frequency detector". You will find, among others, a circuit that requires only 2 "D" flip-flops and a NAND (or AND) gate.
