The application is pretty simple...I have 2 digital frequency source...400KHz each.so i waould like to have a comparator to monitor these 2 frequency source...
Do a Google search for "phase-frequency detector". You will find, among others, a circuit that requires only 2 "D" flip-flops and a NAND (or AND) gate.
