Can you help finding a component

Hi

I have been trying to get hold of the following for ages

a philips IC number is TDA5637BM This need to have a S08 surface mounted type of connection This is a 9v VHF Hyperband & UHF mixer oscillator for TV

and VCR3

or else a TV tuner 87771050660808 I
believe it is made by Lear The tuner is for a 4:3 ratio but a 16:9
would do

Its for my car! When I bought it the boot was full of water shorting a circuit board which means the tuner for the TV monitor does not work. When ever I try and contact an internet component companies none reply to my request

Can anyone offer any advise/help please?

I would suggest your best chance is probably as a spare part (the tuner) from the manufacturer of the unit.
