C, R1 and R2 for 10 KiloHertz astable 555?

What values I must use (C, R1, R2) for an IC 555 in astable mode?
The output frequency need to be 10 KiloHertz
The battery is 12 VDC.
 
Didn't you look at the datasheet for the 555? It has a graph and it has a simple formula for the parts that determine the frequency.
I look at the NE555 and at the LM555 datasheets.

Thanks you very much. Really, I haven't tried it, but now I have tried it and it's extremely helpfull. That is a very good tool to increase the speed of the calculations. And easy to understand.
