Edit, removed regedit info as probably not a good idea.

Has an Administrator setup the computer? If so, you should ask them to change it. There are also viruses that cause this problem. Have you run a virus scanner lately?

I can recommend the free Super Anti Spyware.

Initially i was not having any anti virus... now i am having one of the best in Industry... called kaspersky - a Russian anti virus.

Probably the damage might have occured when the anti virus was not there...
