BJT astable gen

Hi, can you suggest any simply diagram of a BJT astable generator, supply from 3V and capable to gen wave from range 500KHz to 2MHz.
 
Hi Jony130, Are you looking for an astable multivibrator? Does it have to be strictly BJT's? Does it need to be continusously adjustable? What's wrong with the classic multivibrator? There must be hundreds of schematics avaliable.

Hi Jony130. Here's a two transistor solution. It'll take a little fiddling with R8 to get it to work.

EDIT: Here is the 3V version :)
