Design a voltage divider network that will supply +10 V @ 30 mA and +5 V @ 25 mA, from a 20 V DC supply, using a 15 mA bleeder current. Completed this above.

How do I modify the circuit so that it will deliver +10 V @ 30 mA and -5 V @ 25 mA from the same 20 VDC supply, such that there is only one circuit common for both output voltages. Use the same bleeder current as used in the original circuit.
