B K Precision 8540 electronic load not giving more than 3A

Hi,
Trying to test a 5V, 3.5A power supply but the eload wont draw more than 3A on CC mode....in spite of the fact that i set it to the 30A range, and set the OCP to 10A as in the manual.
Is there any work-round for this?

I followed the manual to the letter.
