Thought I should share this...If you did not already know...I have an atomic clock on my computer desk top, it syncs with your computer clock.
You can pick any millitary base in the menu, all use atomic clocks. Set sync. Every one hour...And you will have super dead on time...Its free to download,..And its safe..I've been using this clock for two years now..Heres the site...

There are many different time programs that can sync with stratum 1 time servers. Some use the cesium atomic clocks, while others use COTS GPS receivers. Other programs to note are 4th Dimension and xntp.
