[ASK] ATM simmulator

I'm doin my Project Work in my college right now. I wanna built an ATM simmulator.

here it is my hardware :
- Microcontroll AT89S51
- a 4X4 keypad matrix
- and 4 digits 7 segments.

I'd like to interface my hardware by using Delphi, but I have no idea how the code should be. the input of the keyboard has to be send to account database in my PC through serial port and shown in 7 segments

have any idea guys.....this stuff kill me anytime I tried it.......
I have no idea..... help pleaseee...
