I am looking for a more capable microcontroller for an autopilot right now and have essentially settled on the an ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller. However, I would prefer to use floating point for the math involved and was wondering if anyone was aware of anybody making microcontrollers (that is, no external flash memory needed) using any of the higher level ARM Cortex Cores (like the R4F, A8, or A9 which do have FPUs).

Seems to me that microcontrollers in general tend not to have hardware FPU.
