9-Pin, 10-Element Multi-Colour LED Bar Graph, Datasheet?

Hi I just got this (https://www.futurlec.com/LED/LEDBARMULTI.shtml BTW, pin configuration on this page is not the same as mine)
But it has only 9-pins. 5 on one side and 4 on the other.

I tried emailing futurlec but the respons was "Sorry, we do not have any datasheet on that. Please try searching the internett" hmmm...
I only found 20 and 30 pin when I tried searching.

Does anyone know how this works?
 
Even with common Cathode or Common Anode you would still have 11 pins unless there are 2 tied together somehow.
Are you sure it is not an 8 segment?
Your post does not make logical sense.
A picture would help or a part number.
 
If I had the part number or a picture i would have posted it but I have found it now.. **broken link removed**
It is a 10-segment with 20LEDs (or 10 two color).
It works fine now.
