Somebody please suggest equivalent for the 80C85-2 IC. At present using OKI make. Need alternative in other makes

Use another processor! I'm surprised that anyone makes them anymore. The technology was obsolete just under three decades ago. There is nothing so sad as an engineer of small imagination flogging a dead horse. You could probably write an 8085 emulator for a modern processor that would run raster.
