C caster.cp New Member Jan 4, 2010 #3 Are you really using a 74160? The voltage level depends MAINLY on the technology of the IC, wheter it's LS, HC, AC... Check the IC first, because these 74160 are really, really old. It's more likely that you have a newer one at hands.
