555 timer delay help

Guys how can I make 555 timer delay on , so when I push the button it has a delay of ex. 20 sec and then it turns on for 1 second and repeats till i turn it off manually .

Use a dual 556.... set one to 1 second delay and the other to 20 seconds.... What are you "turning on"?

Is the button push just momentary, or is the button pressed continuously during the 20s etc sequence? How do you propose to 'turn it off manually'? By releasing the button, or with a separate switch?
